Repairs & hourly work
Everything except TV mounting and camera installs is one honest rate: computer repair & troubleshooting, new computer setup, data transfer, Wi-Fi & networking, virus & malware removal, smart locks, soundbars, wiring, minor electrical, A/V, and furniture assembly. One-hour minimum, and always a free estimate first so you know what to expect.

Bigger custom jobs like full camera systems, whole-home wiring, and data recovery get a free on-site look and a firm quote before any work begins.
Flat prices are "starting at" for standard jobs. Unusual walls, long wire runs, or extra work are quoted first, never a surprise. Brackets and hardware aren't included (you supply them, or I can provide them at cost).

I'm Matthew, a Long Island local who's been building and fixing computers since I was 15. I turned that into a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Hofstra University and more than eight years of hands-on work with technology and the people who use it.
For five years I was the on-site IT person for a regulated pharmaceutical distributor as it grew from about 50 to 250 employees. I set up and supported computers and phones, ran network cabling, and installed security cameras and door access. I also mounted TVs and speakers and kept the Wi-Fi running. Beyond that, I supported insurance, legal, accounting and hospitality offices, and set up TVs, sound systems and Wi-Fi in executives' homes.
That work taught me to be careful with other people's space and information. I'm used to working in homes and offices, around private files and busy schedules, and explaining things in plain English. I quote the price before I start, so there are no surprises. I'm also fully insured, so you have peace of mind when I'm working in your home. If a job is outside what I do, I'll tell you and point you to the right person.
