Desktop and laptop repair for Windows PCs from Dell (including Alienware gaming PCs), HP, Lenovo, ASUS, MSI, Acer and other brands, with hardware and software problems diagnosed and fixed. When a computer is running slow, freezing, showing a blue screen, or refusing to start, I work through it methodically to find the real cause instead of guessing. That covers failing hard drives, bad RAM, overheating, startup and boot problems, Windows errors, driver conflicts, and software that won't behave.
I also swap and upgrade parts on Windows desktops and laptops: RAM, CPUs, motherboards, CPU coolers (air and liquid), SSDs (2.5 inch and NVMe), power supplies and GPUs, plus thermal paste changes. I work with Intel, AMD and NVIDIA hardware and brands like ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Corsair, G.Skill, Samsung, Crucial, Noctua and NZXT.

Windows desktops and laptops from Dell (including Alienware gaming PCs), HP, Lenovo, ASUS, MSI, Acer, Microsoft Surface and other brands for full repair, hardware and software. For Apple devices (iPads, iPhones, MacBooks and Mac minis), I do software troubleshooting only, including setup and speed issues, and I don't take them apart or replace internal parts.

My computer is really slow, can you help?
Usually, yes. A lot of slowness comes from malware, clutter, or an aging hard drive, and a tune-up or an SSD/RAM upgrade often brings it back to life.
Can you get my files off a broken computer?
Often yes. As long as the drive itself is intact, files can usually be recovered and transferred to a working machine.
Can you fix slow or spotty Wi-Fi?
Yes. Slow internet, weak signal, and Wi-Fi dead zones usually trace back to router placement or an aging setup. I set up routers and mesh Wi-Fi, run Ethernet where it helps, and get every room and device connected reliably.
Do you offer IT support for small businesses?
Yes. Along with home computer repair, I provide IT support for small businesses across Nassau County, including laptop and desktop repair, printer setup, email setup, and network and Wi-Fi installation. You get reliable, on-call tech support without the big-company runaround.
