Find out why it's slow: too many startup programs, a full or failing drive, stuck Windows updates or too little memory. You get the cause and your options, with the price first.
Freezing and crashing
Track down freezes, blue screens and random restarts, from overheating and drivers to bad memory, drive health and a bad update.
Won't start or boot
No power, a black screen, a stuck logo or a restart loop. I check power, the drive and startup before touching anything else, and move your files first when the drive is readable.
Pop-ups and strange behavior
Unexpected ads, redirects and warnings checked for unwanted software, risky browser extensions and changed settings, with advice on passwords if you clicked something.
Email, printer and Wi-Fi problems
Email that stopped syncing, a printer that dropped off the network, or a computer that won't stay connected, usually sorted out in one visit.
Fix or replace advice
A straight answer on whether it's worth fixing. A drive or memory upgrade often makes an older computer useful again. When it isn't, I say so and can help you set up the new one.
