How much does smart lock or door access installation cost in Nassau County?
This work is billed at $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum, after a free estimate. A single smart lock is usually quick, while a multi-door office system takes longer. You get a clear estimate before any work starts.
Can you install a smart lock I already bought?
Yes. I can install a lock you already have, check that it fits your door, and set it up on your phone.
Will a smart lock work with my existing door?
Most do, but it depends on the door thickness and the existing hole sizes. I check this during the free estimate, and I recommend a lock that fits before you buy.
Can you set up keypad or card access for my small office?
Yes. I install and configure card, fob and phone access for small offices, and set up users and access for your staff.
Who controls the codes and access afterward?
You do. I set everything up, show you how to add and remove people, and leave it so you can manage it yourself.
Do I need Wi-Fi for a smart lock?
Many locks work with a keypad alone, and Wi-Fi is only needed for remote control and app features. I can help you choose and set up the Wi-Fi side as well.
