How much does it cost?
Most work is $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum, after a free estimate. Security cameras are $115 each, or $99 each for four or more. Network cabling and larger projects are quoted after a free on-site look, so the price is clear before I start.
Do you offer ongoing or monthly support?
Many small offices want one steady person they can call. Ask me about a regular schedule, and I will quote it after the free estimate based on what your office actually needs.
Can you help remotely?
Yes, for many software, account and settings problems. I can connect to your computer remotely, only with your permission, and fix it without a visit. Hardware repairs, cabling and installs need an on-site visit.
Can you work outside business hours?
I am available Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday and Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM, by appointment. Weekend visits let me do disruptive work while your office is closed.
Do you handle firewalls, servers and advanced cybersecurity?
No. I handle everyday IT: computers, accounts, networks, cabling, cameras and AV. For firewall design or advanced security, I will tell you honestly and point you to the right specialist.
