Each lesson is built around what you want to be able to do, not a fixed course.

Lessons happen at your home or office on your own computer, phone or tablet, so you practice on the device you'll actually use.

Can you teach me on my own computer?
Yes. Lessons are hands-on with your own device, so what you learn carries over when I leave.
What can you teach?
The basics of a computer or phone, email and video calls, online safety, organizing photos, or a specific program. Whatever you want to learn.
Do you come to my home?
Yes, training is one-on-one and on-site across Nassau County, seven days a week.
Do you help seniors who are new to computers?
Yes, and it's some of my favorite work. I'm patient, friendly, and happy to explain things as many times as it takes.
Does training have to be in person?
Not always. Many lessons are done in person in your home, but some things can be walked through remotely if that's easier for you.
How much do lessons cost?

Yes. Many people want help with their phone alongside their computer, like setting up email, photos and video calls.
