How much does audio and video installation cost in Nassau County?
Audio and video work is billed at $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum, after a free estimate. A simple soundbar mount is usually quick, while a full surround system or home theater takes longer. You get a clear estimate before any work starts.
Can you install a soundbar and connect it to my TV?
Yes. I mount the soundbar, connect it to your TV, and test the sound before I leave. TV mounting itself is priced separately on my TV mounting page.
Can you set up a surround sound system?
Yes. I place the speakers, run and hide the wires, connect everything to your TV and receiver, and test each speaker so the sound is balanced.
Can you hide the speaker wires?
Where the wall allows, wires can be run inside it for a clean look. When that is not possible, I use neat paintable raceway so nothing dangles.
Do I need to buy the equipment first?
You can buy it yourself or ask me for advice before you buy. I can also supply equipment at cost. Brackets and hardware are not included in the labor price.
